Do I have to bring my vehicle back to Rick’s?

Short answer: no — and that’s the whole point. If you’re here in Woodstock and it’s easy to come see us, that’s the simplest path and we’d be glad to help. But if something covered goes wrong while you’re away from home, you’re not stuck. Your warranty is honored at more than 15,000 TechNet shops. Just call the toll-free TechNet Warranty line at 1 (866) 588-0728 and they’ll point you to the nearest one.

What’s covered

Repairs and services across your vehicle’s major systems, including air conditioning, heating and climate control; brakes; clutches; electrical systems; engine cooling systems; engine computers and management systems; engine performance work; exhaust systems; fuel systems; ignition systems; starting and charging (starters, alternators, batteries); steering and suspension; hybrid drive battery replacements (installed after July 1, 2016); plus other minor repairs. What’s not covered

Normal wear and tear, and damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or alterations by someone other than us. Any non-warranty work you ask us to do at the same time is billed as usual.

More than a warranty

As a TechNet member, Rick’s customers can also access Roadside Assistance (lockout, flat-tire help, fluid delivery, battery boost, or a tow with a qualifying repair or service, reimbursed up to $150 per eligible incident, per 365-day period) and Road Hazard protection to help guard your tires against the unexpected.
